Fried Banana Ice Cream

A cool thing we like doing is frying the Banana Madura and adding ice cream in the middle. Add chocolate syrup and boat loads of ice cream, lastly you are going to add chocolate granulado. This gives the Ice Cream another flavor, it adds more of a sweeter taste. It is something very different than the average banana boat. In this picture shown as an example, all they did was use cinnamon and ice cream which also is a good idea if you want to go in a different direction of the chocolate.
